I'm just a little black rain cloud, hovering under the honey tree. Or more accurately, in your terrarium once you use this little itty bitty raindrop.
This was April 2005's special of the month from Mr. Store. When used, it becomes a Personal Raincloud, which will randomly attack your enemy, lower the enemy's level, or give you HP or MP. After combat, it may randomly give you HP or MP, or increase substat gains for a random stat.
