To err is human, but to throw a seriously good party is Divine. Dude! Sweet!
If you've seen Pink Flamingos, you might be a little worried about what this item does. Fear not! It's not that kind of Divine at all. This simply allows you to summon party favors to make your celebratin', drinkin', and fightin' more favorable.
Most of the favors are combat items which do scaling amounts of damage, as well as giving you substats. Others restore MP when booze is consumed, or help you run away from a fight without spending a turn, or help knock extra items loose from monsters. It's full of win.
This was January 2008's item of the month, and it gives you a permanent skill called Summon Party Favors.
