Written by a carnie (not Wilson, but one who works at a carnival), this handy little tome will allow you to summon 3 snowcones each and every day once you study its words of wisdom. The part about the yellow ones is in a different book, though.
This was the Mr. Store item-of-the month for January 2006. It's very highly prized, because honestly, who DOESN'T love a nice snowcone?
