This was October 2007's item of the month. It becomes a Gluttonous Green Ghost familiar, which acts as a volleyball (stats) and, if you keep it fed, it'll also do damage and return MP like a Starfish. It's like the Spirit Hobo, but with less Bukowski and more Ghost of Paul Prudhomme.
